In December 2018, Mr. Takayama, of AYC in Japan, came to AHC to conduct a month-long G training course for Chen Long and Zhao Kun in the Processing Department.

Director Zhang, Chief Yamamoto, Wang Xu and related personnel and trainees of G training met in the former meeting room no. 3 on the morning of December 4. Mr. Takayama clarified the training content and schedule after a brief introduction. Director Zhang and Chief Yamamoto then proposed some requirements for the trainees, doing so in the hope that the trainees would improve themselves through the training and teach what they'd learned to nonparticipants in the training so that everyone could make the Processing Department better.
