The Beijing NGV Certification Center, for the period of September 3rd to 6th, 2018, sent an audit team of three personnel to perform the upgrade version auditing of our environmental and occupational health and safety management system.

This audit was conducted by means of record-checking, questioning and field inspection. The audit team conducted a comprehensive, meticulous auditing of each department, and had an in-depth communication with the leadership of the company in terms of system operation. After the auditing process, the three auditors recognized our system operation overall and finally agreed the upgrade of our system certification. Although we passed the audit, some instances of nonconformance were still found during the auditing. Valuable advice and suggestions were provided for such nonconformance.

At the closing meeting of the environmental and occupational health and safety management system auditing, General Manager Matsushita extended heartfelt thanks to the external auditors for their dedicated effort on behalf of AHC and required each department to produce a careful summary of the problems and weaknesses proposed by the auditors and improve themselves constantly so as to ensure that the system operation meets the standards.

Subsequent to the external audit, all departments of AHC have taken actions actively and completed the rectification of all unconformities within the time limit. The system upgrade cannot be completed successfully without the efforts of all departments. We should therefore commend the staff of all departments.
